On Monday 8th February 2016, the 16th foundation day of Bahria University was celebrated at Bahria university medical & dental college(BUMDC) in the college courtyard. The campus of BUMDC was decorated with national flag, Bahria University flag, BUMDC flag and balloons.
All the faculty members and staff gathered in the courtyard at 10:30am wearing Pakistani flag badges.The Director General BUMDC, Vice admiral Tahseenullah Khan HI(M) graced the occasion and hoisted the Pakistan flag while national anthem was played. All faculty, staff members participated in national anthem and the whole college students witnessed the celebration. After flag hoisting, the Director General cut the cake specially designed for the occasion. The ceremony followed by get together/refreshments.
The whole event was organized by the Adventure club of BUM&DC under the supervision of DG BUM&DC, Principal BUM&DC and Program officer for extracurricular events Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali, Manager: Dr. S.H.
