Age Limit for Admission in MBBS / BDS.
There is no minimum or maximum age limit for admission in MBBS / BDS programs at BUMDC.
Candidates have to apply separately for MBBS and BDS programs.
Test to be taken:
All applicants have to take PMC MDCAT test.
For admission in BUMDC, candidates have to register with NUMS on its website: https://numspak.edu.pk and have to take the NUMS entry test.
Both tests are mandatory.
Candidates are advised to keep themselves updated by regularly visiting the websites of PMC, NUMS and BU.
Selection Criteria:
BUMDC is attached for admission purpose with NUMS. Therefore NUMS will prepare and provide merit list to BUMDC for admissions which will be based on the following criteria:

Interviews
Interviews are part of verification of original credentials, meeting with candidates and his / her parents / guardian. Applicants are cautioned that interview, although held towards the end of the admission process is only one component of the whole process and contributes no weightage to the cumulative merit. It is very rare that a candidate is rejected on the basis of his/her interview.
Final Selection
Applicants are offered admissions starting from top of merit list. The top applicants on the merit list are invited, in writing, to join the first year MBBS / BDS classes. No formal waiting list is accounted, but all the remaining applicants stay on the waiting list. Any dropouts from the class are replaced by candidates on the waiting list, according to merit, before commencement of classes.
Note: Selected students are required to confirm their intent to join the college depositing the admission fee, tuition fee and other fees, within the stipulated period. If a candidate does not reports or clear the dues for by the specified date then that seat is offered to next candidate on the waiting list. No further claim of admission by the incumbent applicant is valid is such an eventually.
Note: Since BUMDC is a constituent unit of Bahria University, its students are required to abide by all rules and regulations, academic as well as administrative including the dress code promulgated by the University statutes, notifications, circulars, resolutions of regulatory bodies, students handbook and executive or administrative directives.
