Bahria University Medical and Dental College organized a dignified yet simple Prize distribution ceremony on 14th March 2017 to pay homage to the position holders of each batch of Medical and Dental college acknowledging their hard work.
Honorable Rector Bahria University Vice Admiral (R) Tanvir Faiz HI (M) presented Cash Awards amongst the students. The ceremony was also graced by the presence of Director General BUMDC, Vice Admiral(R) Tahseen Ullah Khan HI (M), Principal / Dean BUMDC Prof. Asad ullah khan, Principal Dental Section Prof Dr. Zubair Ahmed Abbasi, and Head of the Departments of medical and dental sections.
Hira Akbar and Ayesha Ashraf Khan from First year BDS, Adeena Abid and Kanza Urooj Rafique from Second year BDS, Arooj Salahuddin and Bibi Hafsah from Third year BDS received cash awards of Rs. 100, 000 and 75,000 for first and second positions respectively.
Rector Bahria University held an informal discussion with the students, with an aim to get their valuable input for further improvement in academic standards at BUMDC and motivated them to keep up the hard work and excel in their academic performance for better future.
The ceremony came to an end with a group photograph.
