Deputy Director – LPDC
Qualification:
18 years education; preferably MBA HR, Marketing
Experience:
10 years of relevant experience in professional development, learning development, client relationship management, training project and business development
Job Description:
- To assist the Director of LPDC in developing and implementing a comprehensive leadership and professional development strategy customized to address the specific needs of corporate clients.
- To implement the training mandate given by DLPDC(BUHO) and provide support to campus administration in this regard.
- To assist Director LPDC in successful execution of faculty and employees development program and students grooming program.
- To design, deliver, and evaluate customized leadership & professional programs, workshops, and seminars for corporate clients, ensuring they align with BU goals and values.
- To facilitate the academic department and administration at the respective campuses for executing the trainings, assigned by LPDC (BUHO), and the ones conceived at campus / department / faculty level.
- To establish and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, understanding their specific needs and ensuring the LPDC offerings meet or exceed their expectations.
- To facilitate and expedite the process of seeking internal (within campus) and external (BUHO) approval for the training activities, through proper channel.
- To represent LPDC, and visit / arrange meetings with external entities, whenever required.
- To conduct needs assessments and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure program content remains relevant and impactful for corporate clients.
- To manage the resources, and logistics for programs and events, ensuring cost effectiveness and quality delivery.
- To monitor and report on program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- To update office records for compliance and provision of information to other directorates within BU or to external bodies such as HEC, ministry of education, etc.
- To Provide regular updates and presentations to DLPDC on the progress and impact of the LPDC initiatives, with a focus on client relationships.
- To keep a record of all activities being organized by the LPDC and send month wise report to LPDC (BUHO), through proper channel.
- To manage LPDC website, social media, information portal at HO along with managing operations support staff at LPDC.
- To assist the Director of LPDC in developing and executing strategies to generate revenue and achieve the designated targets within the given timeframe.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and sponsorships to enhance program offerings and financial stability.
- Create and Facilitate networking opportunities for employees, such as mentoring programs, peer learning groups and industry meet ups.
- To perform any task(s) assigned by the DLPDC in the domain of LPDC’s scope of work.
Assistant Director – LPDC
Qualification:

03 to 05 years of experience in professional development, learning development, client relationship management, training project and business development
Job Description:
- To assist Director/DD LPDC in successful execution of Faculty Development Program (FDP), Students Grooming Program (SGP), and Corporate programs.
- To manage LPDC operations for the smooth functioning of directorate.
- To assign tasks to the TAs, and other support staff at LPDC and ensure compliance, along with adherence to the deadlines.
- To represent director/DD LPDC wherever required for FDP, SGP, and PDP.
- To liaise with LPDC Managers at BU’s constituent units for successful implementation of LPDC mandate at respective units / campuses.
- To liaise with industry for successful conception and execution of the PDP trainings and workshops.
- To establish and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, understanding their specific needs and ensuring the LPDC offerings meet or exceed their expectations.
- To develop and implement the corporate program assigned by DLPDC with the goal of generating revenue
