Muhammad Adeel Aleem Siddiqui has completed MBA program with majors in Finance & HRM from Bahria University in the year 2009 & 2010 respectively with CGPA of 3.52. He possesses overall 11 years of professional experience; started in the year 2009 from local manufacturing company EFF Foods as Finance Executive. After serving 01 year, he joined banking industry in 2010 and serving till present. He started banking journey from one of the prestigious and AAA rated bank i-e MCB as a Trainee batch officer deputed to the Compliance Department in Anti Money Laundering (AML) unit as OG III grade. During this tenure, he achieved the professional certification from IBP i-e Junior Associateship of Institute of Bankers Pakistan (JAIBP). He also attained various banking awards like Spot Award and Employee of the month award during the career with MCB.

After completing rewarding 04 years with the bank, he moved to Bank Alfalah in the year 2014 as Team Leader Anti Money Laundering (AML) – OG II grade. In the year 2015, he joined renowned Islamic Bank i-e Meezan as Manager AML Projects OG I grade, wherein he implemented Anti Money Laundering projects in line with State bank of Pakistan (SBP) requirements and equally rewarded with bank wide recognition. In this era, he again moved back to university benches and completed his Masters in Criminology Program (MCS) from Karachi University in the year 2015-2017 with 1st Division.

After serving local banking industry for approx. 07 years, he joined a foreign bank “Industrial & Commercial Bank of China” (ICBC) as Assistance Vice President (AVP) – AML, wherein he intact with AML systems implementation, Policy making, Decision Making and Attending Senior management Committee meetings. With quick succession, he elevated as Vice President/Senior Manager Compliance.

During his nature of professional career with the banks, he got an opportunity on various platforms to coordinate and communicate with Law enforcement agencies, Government institutions and various Ministries in representing banks strategy to curb Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Incidents.
