Ayaz Malik is a MBA Supply Chain graduate of Bahria University and also has Bachelors of Business Administration from Bahria University Islamabad campus). An active participant and among winners of all extracurricular activities during O/A Levels, and University level. Having interned already in the energy sector with companies like Schlumberger and Weatherford. He started his career working with Weatherford Drilling International Pakistan as HR Trainee, and based on performance was given a permanent position of HR & OD Specialist, and in no time got promoted to HR Country Lead. As a HR/OD Specialist implement training and competency system in WDI Pakistan according to global benchmarking. Internally Verified the assessments as well. Credit goes in standardization of training material for Field Crew globally across WDI. In 2018 within one year was moved to the position of HR Country lead, and independently lead the HR/ OD/Admin function for Weatherford Drilling Pakistan. Came up with a successful manpower Outsourcing model, which was profitable and directly contributed to better EBITDA reflection for the country. He proved to be a great team lead and extensively contributed to streamline company’s HR processes and policies, developing Job descriptions, introducing E- Filing, preparing for ISO Certification compliance. Having Enjoyed, excellent appraisals from all functional heads, throughout enjoys a good repute. He is keen in developing networks among HR professionals. He was termed Next Gen program champion for successfully running a recruitment drive for induction fresh graduates from top Engineering universities, during the year 2018.
