Khurram Fayyaz undertook the challenge of doing MBA on weekends in 2009 completed with honor ‘Magna cum Laude’ in 2011. These 3 years of life were one of the toughest and challenging times of life doing a full-time post-graduation on the job. 5 days of a week in the office, and 2 days in Bahria University.
When h joined MBA, he has already been working with Siemens Pakistan since 2005 as Business Administrator Sales. After completing MBA (Marketing) raised to Commercial Head of Regional Sales of Siemens Pakistan.
In 2017, he took another career move and joined the Energy Division of Siemens as Commercial Head of Tendering Management of Substation Project business. With his team, and using his experience and negotiating skills successfully converted opportunities as the order intake cumulatively exceeded Rs. 13 billion. During his tenure, Siemens Pakistan won the very first order in the Solar Energy sector followed by 3 more orders from the Solar sector in the proceeding year.
During the epidemic of COVID19 and lockdown, his team under the supervision of Tendering Management leadership managed to submit the tenders of more than 20 billion out of which more than 6 billion have been converted into orders this year.
In 2021, considering his business acumen and entrepreneurial skills, he was elevated to the position of Commerical Head of Project Execution of Pakistan. In his current position, he is managing a portfolio of more than Rs. 10 billion with a team of more than 25 people.
During his association with Bahria University, he achieved scholarships and the honor of “Summa cum Laude” in many of the semesters.
