Dear Candidate! If your name is in Merit List then please follow these STEPS before visiting the Campus for Interview:

 

STEP-1: Upload Documents on your Portal

 

  • Upload images of original documents on your portal, photocopy images are not allowed
  • Scan original documents (mentioned below) in Jpg/Jpeg format preferably with a scanner. Camera/ Cell Phone images of good quality can also be taken
  • Each file size should not exceed 20MB
  • Uploaded documents are un-editable/ unchangeable once verified by the Campus
  • For any correction/ query, contact Admissions Office

STEP-2: Download & Fill Provisional Admission Form & Other Forms

 

Download, print and fill relevant forms as per eligibility and bring along on Interview Date specified to you

STEP-3: Visit Campus for Interview

 

  • Please visit Campus for Interview on date specified to you with above forms (whichever is relevant to you) and all original documents
  • Documents uploaded by you on portal will be verified with Originals
  • Be seated in BU Auditorium and wait for your turn to be called for Interview
  • Ensure your accompanied parents/ guardians remain seated in waiting area in the Auditorium

 

STEP-4: Complete the Admission Process

 

  • Obtain recommendation of Departmental Admission Committee (DAC) & HOD on your Provisional Admission Form. Show original documents here.
  • Process Final Verification from Admission/ IT
  • Obtain Admission Fee Challan from Accounts & pay within due date (extension in fee submission date is not allowed)
  • Attend Orientation Session on specified date
  • Attend Classes as per given schedule

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 

As per Admissions Policy Clauses (given on https://www.bahria.edu.pk/index.php/downloads/admissions-policy/):

2.12.1, “Applicants who make the merit list but are waiting for the result of the qualifying examination may be granted provisional admission. If so admitted, they shall submit their mark sheets, showing all subjects of the qualifying examination passed and the required aggregate marks achieved, within six weeks of the commencement of the Semester. Failure on any account i.e failure in any subject, failure to achieve the required aggregate marks, or failure to submit the marks sheet within 6 weeks of the Semester start shall lead to disqualification from the program and cancellation of admission.”

2.12.3, “It is the responsibility of the student to inform the University in case he / she fails to meet the basic eligibility criteria. At times, when students not being eligible, still apply, there are chances that they can be expelled at a later stage once scrutiny of documents is complete.”
