BUCM is open to all academically qualified candidates, regardless of gender, religion, race, creed, or domicile. Students from anywhere in Pakistan and overseas may apply. Admission is strictly based on merit. This college is allowed to admit 100 students in MBBS Program

For MBBS, BUCM is affiliated with NUMS for admission purpose only. Candidates desirous of seeking admission in BUCM are advised to register with NUMS (National University of Medical Sciences) on its website: https://numspak.edu.pk
