Activities by Al Nakhla Society

Event : Purpose, Identity & Mental Wellbeing

An inspiring session led by Shaykh Mufti Tauqeer, a visiting scholar from Dubai, addressing clarity, self-worth, Islamic identity, and inner peace for university students.

 

Orientation of Society

An orientation event welcoming newly selected members and introducing them to the Society's structure, values, and fellow members.

 

Mental Wellness Seminar (with CSP & Al-Noor International)

A collaborative seminar titled "Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life," focused on mental wellness through an Islamic lens. The event featured an Al-Noor publications display, a WalQalam Quran activity, a Ramadan desk, and a plantation drive, with CSP hours awarded to participants.

Soul Success: The Art of Spiritual Growth

A spiritually enriching session with Dr. Rizwan Haider exploring inner peace, purpose, and spiritual elevation.

 

Iftar for Junior Admin Staff of Bahria University

An Iftar-cum-dinner organized with the Bahria University Alumni Association and AI Club to honor the University's junior staff members, including security guards, peons, and helpers, in recognition of their contributions.

 

Online Talk on Leadership: The Ripple Effect

Description: An online session by Brother Abu Saad on unlocking personal leadership potential and creating a positive ripple effect within one's community.

 

Iftar Dastarkhwan Drive

A series of Iftar Dastarkhwan drives organized with Takweyat Foundation and AI Club, providing Iftar meals to over 200 people daily and offering CSP hours to volunteering members.

 

Essentials Course

Five-week certified course "Essentials: Towards Understanding Islam," taught by Dr. Rizwan Haider, open to both male and female students.

 

Collected and Distributed Eidi in University Guards

A charitable activity in which volunteers distributed Eidi (monetary gifts) to the security guards of Bahria University in appreciation of their service.

LinkedIn Profile Building Workshop

Date: 6 May 2026 (Wednesday), 9:30-11:30 AM, LT-2 Hall
Description: A workshop led by Muhammad Arslan teaching students how to build a strong LinkedIn presence to attract recruiters and industry professionals; open to both Bahria students and outside participants.

 

Closing Ceremony of Society

The semester's closing ceremony, featuring the reveal of new Society leadership, distribution of certificates to members, and a farewell gathering to celebrate the semester's achievements.
