Introduction to Cluster

The cluster of development studies is a thriving group of development theorists, practitioners and enthusiasts that have been striving since well over a decade to train young minds to become forces to be reckoned with. Our cluster since its inception has dedicated itself to imparting the most contemporary knowledge in the development studies domain, along with invaluable skills in research, advocacy and project implementation, that has produced scholars who have left an indelible mark on the lives of countless people through their work. Offering cutting-edge specializations in climate change and development, peace conflict and development and gender and development, the cluster has produced graduates who have gone on to become trailblazers working for social justice and the well-being and development of all in numerous sectors including the government, civil society organizations, INGOs, and other mammoth organizations such as the world bank, the Asian development bank and programs of the United Nations. The cluster of development studies is a haven for all those dedicated to making the world a better place and empowering people.
