Step 1: Click on “Available Scholarships” menu.

Step 2: Click on “Form” link to open the form.

Step 3: Fill in all details in the form by clicking on “Add” or “Edit” as required on different sections of the subsequent form.

Step 4: After filling all details, click on “Submit” button to submit your form, it may please be ensured that after clicking on the “Submit” button, no information can be changed by the applicant.

Step 5: Take print out of this form using “Print Application Form” button at the top left of form and submit it along with required documents at the concerned department of your campus.
