Mr. Muhammad Shahzaib Ghayas is working as Head Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Organization Development at TCS. He is responsible for leading and directing Center of Expertise department to ensure that all Organization Development, Recruitment and Training initiatives are aligned with the organizations vision and values. Mr. Muhammad Shahzaib Ghayas pursued his Bachelor’s and MPhil in Professional Psychology specialization in Organization Psychology from the Institute of Professional Psychology, with the motivation to face the challenges and push beyond to achieve the organizations desired objectives with confidence and commitment. These programs have empowered him to successfully integrate the acquired knowledge into real world and lead the team of professionals in national and multinational organizations. He is member of national and international psychology associations including American Psychological Association & British Psychological Society.
