Women Empowerment Day was celebrated at BULC on 6 May 2016. Principal LGS Girls Johar Town, Miss Rubina, was invited as the chief guest on this occasion. Mothers of students also attended this event. Students performed different plays, short films and songs to emphasise different problems that women face in today’s world. Director Lahore campus emphasised zero tolerance policy on harassment issue and encouraged female students to report any such case without fear for a prompt disciplinary action. The Chief Guest appreciated this effort of BULC students to strengthen the role of women in society.
