Students were thrilled to visit the campuses of three dynamic Universities in Australia
A delegation from Bahria University Islamabad and Karachi Campus visited Australia from 17th January 2015 to 25th January, 2015. The delegation comprised of 16 members including 14 students and two faculty members. Dr. Cheema, HOD Management Sciences Karachi Campus and Ms. Maham Rehmani, Lecturer at the Islamabad Campus headed the two delegations.
Trips to campuses of the three dynamic universities in Australia helped the students and faculty to acquire an understanding of the study models adopted by them and how they are implemented. Students not only had an exposure to the culture and business environment of one of the world’s fastest growing economies but also had the opportunity to visit Australia’s main commercial centers including Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The three universities visited by students were La Trobe University in Melbourne, Macquarie University in Sydney and Griffith University in Brisbane. The trip proved to be extremely helpful in understanding how universities in Australia are implementing models to allow their students to grow and prepare themselves for the professional world.
