Mr. Dawood George is serving as Senior Assistant Director Facilitation for last 5 years at Airport Services Directorate for Pakistan CIvil Aviation Authority .
Mr. Dawood George completed his Graduate and Post Graduate degree i.e. BBA (HR) and MBA (HR & Marketing) in 2015-2017 scoring 3.91 CGPA from Bahria University Karachi Campus. With such immpecable academic record, Mr. Dawood George was conferred with Academic Honor i.e. “Magna Cum Laude” while recieing Silver Medal in Bahria University’s 14th Convocation held on 3rd December 2017.
While being a student of Business Administration at Bahria University, Mr. George always had keen interest in Aviation Industry of Pakistan such and so as Mr. George while being a student made ample research as well as submitted numerous presentations during his early academic years on Pakistan Civil Aviation. His research work regarding ‘Impact of Performance Management on Employee Motivation” is still being referred by currently enrolled business students for Aviation related insights and Motivation.
Post Graduation, Mr. Dawood George started working in HR Department at Royal Airport Services (now Menzies Aviation) at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi while preparing for post graduate employement tests for various Federal Government Departments such as Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Pakistan CIvil Aviation Authority (PCAA), Competitive Comission of Pakistan, Federal Public Service Comission (FPSC) and Election Comission of Pakistan.
Such resiliance and hardwork not only turned fortunes into favor but also resulted in sucessful selection of Mr. Dawood George scoring satisfactory results while getting selected for services to be rendered for Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority. Mr. George while joining Civil Aviation Authority has worked in different departments of Aviation which includes, Cargo Management and Passenger Terminal Building as well as the over all understanding of Airport Operations Managment.
Mr. George believes, that sucess is no accident. it is a combination of hardwork, preservance, learning, studying, sacrificing, and most of all, Love of what you are doing to achieve your goals both short and long term. not only this but, motivation is always a key to sucess therefore, Mr. George stresses upon motivating young undergraduates to believe in theirselves and also to focus on acquiring desired skills and abilities to cope up with challenging post study job environment.
