Assadullah Memon completed MBA with majors in Marketing from Bahria University in 2008 with a CGPA of 3.37. He started his career in 2006 with the Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) as a Management Trainee and was soon promoted to an engineer position. After completing his master’s degree, he opted to switch over to the consulting field. He joined the ArwenTech Private limited as a Sales and Marketing Executive and later joined Synergy Computers as a Business Development Manager. He was given special recognition for his communication and sales skills. In the year 2010, he applied at IBM Pakistan for a consultant position and was able to get a highly competitive opportunity.
He has achieved many certificates with flying colours. He was awarded one of the prestigious certifications of project management professional (PMP) from PMI US in 2016. He also has certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Agile methodology, such as IC Agile, IC Agile – ICP Certificated professional, IC Agile _ ICP APM Certified Professional. He has done several skills enhancement training from AKUH.
Today, he is a Senior Project Manager, having extensive experience working in the middle east region with international consultants and clients. He has been able to bag excellent reviews and feedback throughout his assignments and tenure with IBM.
He has immense appreciation and love for education and a commitment to give back to civil society. He was offered a visiting faculty position at Bahria in 2018. He was awarded the ‘Champion Learner’ title in 2020 by IBM.
