A Human Resource Strategist with over 7 years of diverse experience, Sana’s journey has taken her to notable organizations in Pakistan. She commenced her career from the educational sector, where she gained invaluable insights into people operations, talent acquisition, and engaging employees for retention. Then, transitioning to a Swiss-based international non-governmental sector, she led Pakistan’s south region and expanded her expertise through her commitment to drive positive change. Her journey has been a continuous learning experience, shaping her skills in talent acquisition, talent management, fostering DEI, training & development, and cultivating a people-centric approach.
Currently, she is Leading Human Resources Department for a digital communications MNC – Digitz Digitas. Here, she has continued her learning journey by overseeing HR for various and entirely different departments in the agency which includes; Creative and Content, Strategy & planning, Digital PR, Design, Media buying and planning, Software, and Business Development. This role has further honed her skills in Talent Acquisition, performance management, T&D, employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusivity initiatives, and HR Digital Transformation.
Sana is truly passionate about her work and always eager to connect with students to impart her journey’s learning and pave the way for youth towards an impactful corporate journey.
