INVITATION OF QUOTATIONS

 

  1. Quotations are invited from active tax payer firms / vendors having General Sales Tax and NTN No Registration for Fabrication & Installation of New Name Signage of Bahria University on Sir Syed Block – BUKC. The sealed quotations inclusive of all taxes are to be submitted till 12 January 2022 at 10:30 am, and quotations will be open on the same day in the presence of the firm’s or their representatives at 11:30 am.

1. Fabrication & Installation of Powder Coated MS 3D Letters Signage

Technical Specification:

Powder Coated 3D Letters made up of Die Cut 18-gauge MS Sheet and have a sheet thickness of 1.2mm. Each individual letter has a size of 32”Height x 24”Width (approx.) with a projection of 3”(side wall of a letter) from the background, Logo size will be 42”Height x 42” Width, all the letters including logo will fixing directly on the existing wall of the building. All the letters including Logo are covered with powder coating coded color to prevent from Water/Rust. Total Size of Signage will be approx. 36 to 37 feet in Length
  1. Firms are to quote final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  2. Quotes must be submitted on letter head dully typed & signed / stamped.
  3. Quotations must have validity for at least 15 days. Conditional / incomplete & hand written quotes will not be entertained.
  4. Firms are required to mention the brands & complete specifications of the quoted items.
