INVITATION OF QUOTATION
- Quotations are invited from active tax payer firms / vendors having General Sales Tax and NTN No. registration for procurement of under mentioned equipment as per specification for Electrical Engineering Department BUKC. The sealed quotation inclusive of all taxes are to be submitted till 9 June 2023 at 3:00 pm, and quotation will be on the same day in the presence of the firm’s or their representatives at 3:30 pm. Bids received late from closing date and time will not be accepted.

- Firms are to quote final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Quotes must be submitted on letter head dully typed & signed / stamped.
- Quotations must have validity for at least 45 days.
- Firms are required to mention the brands & complete specifications of the quoted items.
