  • Two passport size photograph with plane-blue background and clear face (front pose).
  • CNIC / Form ‘B’
  • SSC Marks Sheet
  • SSC Certificate
  • General Certificate of Education from (Cambridge) (O-Level & A-level)
  • O Level & A-Level Equivalence Certificate from IBCC
  • HSSC Marks Sheet
  • HSSC Certificate
  • Bachelor’s Degree & Marks Sheet               (2 Years BA, BSc, B.Com)
  • Bachelor’s Degree & Transcript (4 Years)
  • Master’s Degree & Marks Sheet (2 Years MA,MSc,M.Com)
  • Foreign Degree & Transcript
  • HEC Equivalence Certificate for Foreign Degree
  • Affidavit for Result Awaiting Students (Specimen can be Downloaded from website).
  • Affidavit for O-level students who did not qualified Urdu, Islamiat and Pakistan Study. (Specimen can be downloaded from website).
Result awaited Students must submit Affidavit
