An awareness session on the negative impact of drugs on one’s life was delivered by the Senior Lecturer & Clinical In-charge of IPP Department by Ms. Rabia Muzaffar, on 24th January 2022 at Al-Beruni Auditorium under the supervision of Ms Sumaira Ajmal Assistant Manager CSP-SSC.In this awareness session, she shed light on the overuse of drugs, which when consumed by people, ruins their lives, and makes them useless human beings.
Drugs are sugar-coated poisons that gives slow and fatal death. It is one of the worst nightmares anyone can think of, as it not only gives you the doze of diseases but also affects your surroundings as people around you feel insecure and unsafe.
Drug addicted people may have mental issues for instance depression, personality disorder, strokes, brain damage, and many more which leads to further health problems.
In the end Manager SSC, Umair Zafar promote The Zindagi App which is developed by the Punjab safe cities Authority under the guidance of the Ministry of Narcotics Control. This App will serve as a key tool under the Prime Minister’s Agenda of tackling Drug Use in Educational Institutions. It Provides:
