Bahria University Karachi Campus invited quotations to make the following work:

a. Photographic Coverage:

Photographic coverage on high resolution digital format of whole

event (approximate 600 awardees).

Adaptation album with up till 100 Images (Hard Copies size 5″ x 7″). Shooting, all exposing material, digital prints size 5″ x 7″ with digital finishing / retouching art work and soft copy on CD/DVD.
b. Album Production/fabrication:

Fabrication of Executive album, 100 x images of 5 “ x “ 7” as per selection
c.   Film Production:

Multi-camera Production with 04 Cameras on HDV (16:9) wide screen format with MIXER. Production, title, subtitle, background music and 02 x sets of DVD Master.
e. Enlargement of 10 x photographs 20″ x 24″ as per requirement.
 

f.

 Albums production 02 x Album with 30 – 35 x Digital prints finishing / retouching at work, customized cover and caring case.
g. 1:30 minute short video for web site should provide (after 2 days of ceremony)
