Naeem Khiyani earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 1998 from Bahria College (NORE-1) with a strong desire to revolutionize the IT sector. Following graduation, he was offered a programmer position at Ernst and Young International, a top consulting firm in Pakistan. After a year, he realized his true passion was in the functional world, where he could learn about businesses and provide IT solutions to companies. Consequently, he served multiple companies in Pakistan, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Zambia for two years. In 2001, Naeem completed his MBA at Iqra University Karachi. He later joined the university as a visiting faculty member, where he imparted his knowledge to students. In 2003, Naeem immigrated to Canada in search of better career opportunities. Initially, he worked in a call center. For over 18 years, Naeem has worked as a consultant in the retail environment, providing consulting services to numerous companies. In 2016, Naeem established an event management company that offers event services for sports, social, political, and business-oriented ventures. His company has made significant strides in the Greater Toronto Area, with ventures such as EOSCL (Event Ontario Softball Cricket League), MiSchool, and Youth Cricket League gaining widespread recognition.
