Invitation Of Quotations
- Quotations are invited from active tax payer firms / vendors having General Sales Tax and NTN No Registration for Purchase of Misc, Furniture, Electronics Items and Air Conditioner for Faculty Cubicles of H&SS Department – BUKC. The sealed quotations inclusive of all taxes are to be submitted till 12 April 2022 at 10:30 am, and quotations will be open on the same day in the presence of the firm’s or their representatives at 11:30 am. Bids received late from closing date and time will not be accepted.

- Firms are to quote final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Quotes must be submitted on letter head dully typed & signed / stamped.
- Quotations must have validity for at least 15 days. Conditional / incomplete & hand written quotes will not be entertained.
- Firms are required to mention the brands & complete specifications of the quoted items.
