TENDER NOTICE

1. Bahria University Karachi Campus invites sealed bids from active taxpayer firms, the original manufactures / their authorized distributors / suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Dept for supply of following Equipment to Karachi campus.

2. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents along with detailed terms and conditions & specifications of required items from the Procurement Department. Address: 13, National Stadium Road (Tel: 021-111-111-028 Ext: 300) on submission of written application on company letter head supported by copy of NTN & GST certificates against payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- (in shape of Pay Order/DD/Cash) from 02 Mar to 16 Mar 2022 between 0900 to 1500 hrs except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

3. Single Stage, One Envelope methodology shall apply. Sealed bids supported by earnest money @2% of the total bid value in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit in favor of Bahria University Karachi should reach with the bid on / or before 1000 hrs by 17-Mar-2022. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of the bidders / their authorized representatives at 1100 hrs. Conditional / Incomplete bids will not be entertained. Bids received late from closing date and time will not be accepted.

4. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes and transportation cost etc. The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking Rule 33 of PPRA-2004.
