Freeze Form Notice

Dear students

The deadline to submit the Freeze Form is 20^th Jan 2022 for Business Studies and Management Studies Department. Students must do so before the mentioned date.

Note: You may take the freeze form from photocopier, fill it along with the student’s signature and then submit to Q-313 office. Also do not mention the dates in the form, we will do it by ourself.
