A team of two counselors fromShanFoodswill hold one-on-one counseling sessions with the students. The purpose of these sessions is to uncover the underlying concerns that you may have about your area of interest, answer your questions regarding professional life, guide you in the process of building your career road map and prepare you to step into the corporate world.
ShanCareer Counseling will provide you a chance to learn from the experience and stories of professionals in the corporate sector. They will also give you an opportunity to connect on an individual level and openly discuss your concerns with the element of confidentiality intact.

Talha Sufi has vast experience in the fields of Finance and HR. Having worked in the consulting industry, Sufi has experience in facilitating training programs for different companies. In addition to being the designated counselor for organizations he has worked with, he specializes in career counseling. He has conducted multiple career counseling sessions with different institutions where he aids students in career exploration and development.

Roohi Usman is leading Talent Acquisition atShanFoods. Before working atShanFoods, she worked as a consultant at HRFIRST. Roohi has rich experience in sourcing candidates through different channels, planning interviews & selection procedures, and developing long-term recruiting strategies. She holds a Master’s Degree and had the exposure of studying in the USA on a full scholarship.
