Mr Syed Mudassir completed his Computer Engineering degree in 2007, after that, he got enrolled with SIEMENS SAP Academy and completed his SAP course and successfully passed the SAP Certification exam in 2008 to become a Certified SAP Consultant. He joined Pakistan’s largest Oil Marketing Company “Pakistan State Oil” in 2009 as Senior Officer SAP and continued to work there till 2012. After that, he moved to Saudi Arabia to join SONY Electronics and worked there for another 3 years before moving to one of the leading FMCG / Dairy organizations of Middle East Al Safi as part of AlFaisailah Group. He further diversified his experience by moving to the Paper industry and joined the largest tissue rolls manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Paper Group a public listed company and he soon became the youngest Group IT Head and led several successful IT and Digital Transformation projects.
He is currently working in Shaker Group of companies for Consumer Electronics, which also is a public listed company. Recently he has been appointed as Director of Information Technology Department. He is also the only Pakistani to be the HOD of any department in the whole Group of companies.
Apart from his work journey, he is also been associated with Bahria University on several occasions for supporting in coordinating with Bahria University Alumni and also arranging Alumni events in the past. He is also running the Bahria University Alumni Association page on Facebook with 9 thousand plus Alumni being part of it.
