Bahria University, Karachi Community Support Program organized a Self Defense awareness seminar on 06th September 2021, at 1300hours, Al- Beruni Auditorium.
The Chief Guest of our event will be Ms. Suhai Aziz Talpur (ASP Sindh Police)She is a Pakistani law enforcement officer, serving as Assistant Superintendent of Police since 2013. and Ms. Nusrat Sehar Abbasi Pakistani politician who is a Member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh
Ms. Farseen Hamdani will be the trainer of the session, she is a leading international taekwondo fighter from Pakistan. She has represented Pakistan in many national and international events and has achieved many laurels for the country.
The primary importance of self-defense is for women to be able to protect themselves against anything that’s unacceptable in terms of social conduct and empowering them to analyze a dangerous situation and take action to overcome them effectively.
