INVITATION TO BIDS TENDER NOTICE
1. Bahria University Karachi Campus invites sealed bids from PEC licensed firms registered in C4 category and above, having Electrical license from Govt. of Sindh and also registered with Income Tax for following work.

2. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents alongwith detailed terms and conditions & specifications from the Project Office, Al-Beruni Auditorium Basement, 13, National Stadium Road (Tel: 021-111-111-028
Ext: 233) on submission of written application on company’s letterhead supported by copy of NTN / GST and PEC certificates against payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- in shape of cash till 15 November 2021.
3. SINGLE STAGE – TWO ENVELOPES bidding procedure shall apply. Sealed bids supported by Bid Security @ 2% of the total bid value in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft/Call deposit in favor of Bahria University should reach on/or before 10:30am by 15 November 2021. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00am. Conditional/incomplete bids will not be considered. Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained. Financial Bids of only qualified firms will be opened after technical evaluation done by Technical Scrutiny Committee at Bahria University Karachi Campus in the presence of the bidder’s authorized reps, Project Team BUKC and reps of P&D Dte. at BUHO through VLC. Time and Date will be communicated accordingly.
4. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes and transportation cost etc. The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking Rule 33 of PPRA-2004.
