  • CNIC / Form ‘B’
  • SSC Marks Sheet
  • SSC Certificate
  • General Certificate of Education from (Cambridge) (O-Level & A-level)
  • O Level & A-Level Equivalence Certificate from IBCC
  • HSSC Marks Sheet
  • HSSC Certificate
  • Affidavit for Result Awaiting Students (Specimen can be Downloaded from website).
  • Affidavit for O-level students who did not qualified Urdu, Islamiat and Pakistan Study. (Specimen can be downloaded from website).
