Visit to Old Age Home

Bahria University Karachi Campus, Student Support Centre visited Ashiyaana, Old Age Home on Thursday 1st October 2020 under the umbrella of Community Support Program – CSP. Total 30 students of different departments of BUKC were engaged and 5 CSP hours were given against the activity.
CSP-BUKC is a platform that helps students to use their potentials and education to serve the community with love and care. Team CSP comes up with bright ideas to foster an environment that promotes the well-being of our society as a whole.

Students were provided an opportunity to visit a retirement house for senior citizens, where students were able to spread happiness by treating the elders with home-cooked food and satisfying their social needs by spending time with them which included one on one interaction, storytelling, distribution of flower bangles, cake cutting ceremony followed by lunch arrangements.
اس گلشن کو اس کے باغبان نے سجایا ہے مجھے ہر مقام پر میرے بزرگوں نے پہنچایا ہے.
It was a great experience for the students as it served as a source of eternal prayers from the seniors of their society. May their prayers brighten our future!
