INVITATION OF QUOTATIONS

 

  1. Quotations are invited from registered firms / vendors having General Sales Tax and NTN No Registration for Supply, Installation and commissioning of Water Filtration Plant along with Water Chiller at BUKC. The sealed quotations inclusive of all taxes are to be submitted till 20 February 2020 at 10:30 am, and quotations will be open on the same day in the presence of the firm’s or their representatives at 11:30 am.

01. Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Skid Mounted Water Filtration Plant 1000 GPH capacity with dispensing points (06) along with provision and fixing/installation of Water Chiller (2 ton), 200 litres. 01
02. · Civil Works: Construction of load bearing plant room (size:10x13x10), with one door (size: 4×7) and 02 exhaust points for ventilation, drainage from dispensing point to nearest main hole and feed point along with fixing of wall tiles (4 feet height)  and floor tiles at dispensing area.

· Paint work: weather shield (outer area) and distemper inside plant room.

· Provision of 02 power points with breaker, wiring (channel petty), 03 LED Bulbs (24 Watt) and 01 Myga fan.

 As per actual requirement

 

  1. No personal cheque will be acceptable at any cost.

 

  1. Incomplete tenders shall be liable for rejection

 

  1. Warranty period of work/items shall be effective from date of acceptance and completion certificate by the client (Buyer)

 

  1. The contractor shall be responsible for making good all the defects appearing with in warranty period after satisfactory completion of work.
