TENDER NOTICE

AUCTION OF COMPUTERS, BATTERIES, AND MULTIMEDIA PROJECTOR etc

1. Bahria University invites sealed bids for the sale of Computers, Batteries, and Multimedia Projector etc. The equipment can be examined on 17 and 18 May 2018 from 0900 to 1400 hours at Bahria University Islamabad Campus. Sealed bids may be dropped at the drop box placed at DD (A & C) office.
2. Pay order of 5% of the quoted price in the name of Bahria University Islamabad Campus is to be enclosed with the bid otherwise the bid will not be considered. Conditional and incomplete bids will not be considered. Successful bidders will have to clear the balance payment within 10 days otherwise their earnest money will be confiscated. The bidder is also required to pay 10% advance auction tax under section 236(A) of the gross sale price of the equipment separately.
3. Bidders to provide their complete address/telephone/mobile number alongwith attested photocopy of computerized National Identity Card. Bids may be submitted by 1100 hours on 28 May 2018 which will be opened at 1130 hours on same day. The University has the right to accept/reject or cancel any/all bids without any reason.
