Documents to be handed over to the students:
UNIVERSITY FOLDER
University folder will be issued to every student which contains the following:
- Student handbook.
- Academic calendar.
- List of key personal on campus.
- Bahria University campus Map.
- Application form for permanent ID Cards.
- Bahria University BUS route/schedule and routes of contract buses.
- CD containing prospectus.
- Departmental broachers.
- Rules for library.
- Medical Performa and blood group slips.
- SRC newsletter/ Bugle.
COURSE REGISTRATION:
Course registration forms duly filed in be return to respective course coordinator after signatures by the students.
MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION:
Medical data of 50 students will be collected along with blood grouping. Medical examination of remaining students will be done class wise at a later stage.
UNDERTAKING
Specimen of undertaking has been provided to all students alongwith fee voucher. This undertaking is to be processed on stamp paper and is to be handed over to Admission staff by signing on the list of each program against student names.
