• CNIC / Form B if less than 18 years of age. (For Undergraduate Students)
• Bachelors / Masters Marks sheet/ Transcript . (For PostGraduate Programs Students)
• Result awaiting candidates of ( Bachelors / Masters) provide admit card of University. (For PostGraduate Programs Students)
• CNIC. (For PostGraduate Programs Students)
• Attested 2 copies of above mentioned documents along with one Passport size Photograph.
