Instruction for interview candidate

All Candidates are requested to come to Student Advisor Room (Sir Syed Block 1st floor) on 22nd August, 2019 (12 pm to 4pm).

• Result awaited candidates are required to Submit Affidavit (Download Sample) on Stamp Paper (Rs.5 or above) as per sample attached.
• Undermentioned original documents along with 2 sets of attested copies:

1. Original SSC Certificate / ‘O’ Level Certificate and IBCC Equivalence Certificate.
2. Original HSSC Mark sheet / ‘A’ Level Certificate and IBCC Equivalence, Statement of entry.
3. Original Bachelor Transcript & Degree/Foreign Degree HEC Equivalence Certificate.
4. Original Master Transcript & Degree/Foreign Degree HEC Equivalence Certificate.
5. Original CNIC / Form ‘B.
6. One passport size picture.
