Dear Graduating Students,

Twenty-fifth convocation ceremony of Bahria University Islamabad Campus is scheduled to be conducted as under:

Graduates(issued with Final Transcript) who have registered themselves and paid the fee, are eligible to attend the convocation ceremony. Detailed instructions are as under:

• Rehearsals will be held in BU Auditorium E-8 campus as per the above schedule.
• Presence in the scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for attending the convocation. Please bring your CNIC and 01 photographs (size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsal and final ceremony.
• Dress for the convocation ceremony is formal i.e. lounge suite/National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e jeans, joggers, slippers, and T-shirts) is strictly prohibited.
• For convenience, robes/gowns will be provided on a rental basis at approximately @Rs.250/= (for 48 hours only) with a security deposit of Rs.1000/= (refundable) through a collection point being arranged at E-8 Campus upon completion of rehearsal. Each graduate will be responsible to collect and return his/her robe/gown. Please note that Robe/Gown is mandatory for attending the convocation ceremony.
• All graduating students and their guests are advised to bring original CNIC along with the Invitation Card. Entry without these two documents will not be allowed.
• Cell phones, bags/Ladies’ purses are NOT allowed inside the hall.
• Children under the age of 12 are not allowed
