Dr. Muhammad Hasan Danish Khan, Head of Electrical Engineering Department at BU Islamabad, along with Dr. Faheem Haroon, Cluster Head (Electronics), and Engr. Mudassir Wahab, Industrial Liaison, visited the National Institute of Electronics (NIE), one of the key industrial partners of Bahria University.

During the visit, various avenues of collaboration were discussed, including PCB Design Training, Semiconductor Chip Design, and Human Resource development through joint initiatives. Both institutions expressed their commitment to strengthening mutual cooperation, particularly in the area of Semiconductor Chip Design HR development through practical and research based engagements.

A shield of appreciation was also presented to Mr. Zawar Hussain, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) / Additional Director General, NIE, in recognition of his continued support and collaboration in promoting academia–industry linkages.

The Department also extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Kamran Bhatti, Director Technical Services and Coordination, for graciously arranging the visit and facilitating the interaction.
