The Bahria Psychology Society, under the Department of Professional Psychology, proudly launched its Mental Health Campaign 2025 on October 6th, 2025. The campaign featured a series of impactful activities aimed at promoting mental health awareness and providing psychological services to the community. It concluded with a meaningful closing ceremony on October 15th.

Community Mental Health Camps (October 6–8, 2025)

MS Clinical Psychology students conducted community mental health camps at multiple venues to offer free psychological support and assessments.

October 6 | Khalida Iqbal Free Education School

Students offered one-on-one counselling and mental health assessments to students and teachers, creating a safe and supportive space.

October 7 | 6th Road Metro Station

The second camp engaged the public at the Metro Station, where many benefited from on-the-spot counselling and mental health discussions.

October 8 | Bahria University (H-11 Campus)

The final camp provided on-campus psychological assistance to students, faculty, and staff, emphasizing emotional well-being in academia.

World Mental Health Day Celebration (October 9)

The Society hosted a vibrant event at Bahria University to celebrate World Mental Health Day with various activities:

  • Mental health awareness booths and on-site counselling
  • Psychological assessment services
  • Food stalls and nostalgic games
  • Project displays by MS Clinical Psychology students
  • Showcase of young entrepreneurs

The event successfully combined awareness and engagement, encouraging open mental health conversations in the community.

Closing Ceremony (October 15)

The campaign concluded with a heartwarming ceremony celebrating participants and volunteers. Highlights included:

  • Screening of a documentary on drug abuse and domestic violence
  • Appreciation for student and volunteer contributions
  • Certificate distribution ceremony
