TENDER NOTICE |

1. Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids on E-Pads from authorized distributors/firms registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Department for the supply of the following equipment.
2. Interested eligible bidders may download tender documents for the subject item containing terms & conditions and detail specifications from E-Pads or can be obtained with a written request from the office of the undersigned, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm till 04 October 2026 on payment of the mentioned cost in cash (non-refundable). 3. Single stage Two-envelop procedure shall apply. Bids will be accepted through E-Pads. Bid Security amounting to Rs. 180,000 should be submitted in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in the name of Bahria University Lahore Campus. Hard copies of documents and bid security (in original) must be deposited in the Procurement Office before 1130 hrs on 05 October 2026. Proposals will be opened on the same day after 1200 hrs in the presence of the bidders. The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004. 4.
