AM/ MANAGER LPDC - BUHSCK
QUALIFICATION:
16 years education preferably MBA or related for AM LPDC.
OR
18 years education preferably MS/M.Phil or related for Manager LPDC.
EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:
05 – 07 years of experience in professional development, learning and development, client relationship management, training project and business development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The AM/Manager LPDC shall be responsible for following:
- Planning, organizing and executing activities, workshops and certification programs.
- Liaising with DME faculty, external trainers, hospitals and regulatory bodies.
- Identifying new professional development opportunities aligned with healthcare needs.
- Managing budgeting, revenue targets and financial documentation related to LPDC activities.
- Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
- Maintaining records, reports and performance data of all LPDC initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of corporate training and executive education initiatives at the Campus level in liaison with LPDS (BUHO).
- Support the planning and execution of customized corporate training programs, workshops, seminars, and professional development activities in liaison with academic and administrative departments.
- Implement the training mandate and guidelines issued by LPDC (BUHO) and facilitate smooth execution at the campus level.
- Coordinate with academic departments and Campus administration for the effective conduct of training programs and events.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, workshops and visits with corporate partners and industry representatives when required.
- Facilitate internal coordination and obtain necessary approvals through proper channels for the conduct of corporate training activities.
- Assist in conducting basic training needs assessments and gathering feedback from participants to support program improvement.
- Support the management of logistics, scheduling, and administrative arrangements for training programs and events.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all training and professional development activities conducted at the Campus.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and required information to LPDC (BUHO) through the Campus administration.
- Assist in maintaining the LPDC campus information portal, social media updates and related communication activities.
- Support Campus administration in monitoring program implementation participant feedback and basic performance indicators.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Campus administration within the scope of LPDC activities.
