"The Advanced Analysis Workshop (Mediation and Moderation via AMOS)"
The training was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Jamil Ahmad Malik from the National Institute of Psychology (NIP), Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
Grounded in the fundamentals of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the workshop provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of mediation and moderation analysis, emphasizing the integration of theoretical frameworks with advanced statistical techniques. Participants were guided in translating their research questions into well-structured analytical models, enhancing both conceptual clarity and methodological rigor. The training further strengthened their ability to apply SEM using AMOS, interpret results accurately, and independently conduct advanced data analysis, thereby contributing to the overall quality and depth of their research work.
