4th CONVOCATION PROTOCOL FOR GRADUATES
4th convocation ceremony of Bahria University Lahore Campus will be held on Sat, 13 December 2025 at Expo Centre Johar Town Lahore. . Detailed instructions are as under:
Rehearsal Day Instructions
a. Full dress Rehearsals will be held at 08:30 Hrs on Friday, 12 December 2025 at Expo Centre, Johar Town, Lahore.
b. Presence in the rehearsal is compulsory for all registered graduates. Participation in the final convocation ceremony will not be permitted without attending the rehearsal.
c. Please bring the Original CNIC & One photograph (size 1 x 1) with you for participation in the rehearsals and final ceremony.
d. This is a formal academic event. Thus, children under 12 years of age are not allowed during the ceremony.
e. Robes/ Gowns will be provided on a rental basis @ Rs.400/- (for 48 hours only) with a refundable security deposit of Rs.1,400/-. The collection point will be established at the Expo Centre, Johar Town, Lahore (For the convenience of the graduates). Each graduate will be responsible for collection and return of his / her robe/gown.
f. Please note that wearing of Robe/ Gown is mandatory for Graduates attending the convocation ceremony.
g. The acknowledgment card, car sticker and seat / enclosure allocation will be provided during the rehearsal.
h. Guest/Parent invitation cards will be verified upon completion of the rehearsal.
j. The rehearsal is a full-day activity. Graduates are advised to plan their day accordingly.
k. Refreshments will be provided to all participating graduates during the rehearsal.
l. Graduates are requested to enter the venue through Gate No. 04 of the Expo Center, Johar Town, Lahore, on the rehearsal day.
Convocation Day Instructions
a. Graduates are to be present at Expo Center Johar Town, Lahore at 08:30 Hrs on Saturday, 13 December 2025.
b. The dress code for the convocation ceremony is lounge suite/ National dress with shoes. Casual dress (jeans, joggers, slippers and T-shirts etc) are strictly prohibited.
c. Please note that wearing of Robe/Gown is mandatory for Graduates attending the convocation ceremony.
d. All graduating students and their guests must bring their original CNIC and the official Invitation Card on the Convocation Day. Entry will not be allowed without these documents.
e. Cigarette Lighter / Mobile Phones / Cameras, other Electronic Devices and ladies purse/ bags are strictly prohibited in the Convocation Hall.
f. A Mobile collection desk will be available at the venue for safe deposit of gadgets during the ceremony.
g. This is a formal academic event. Therefore, to maintain the decorum of the ceremony, children under 12 years of age are not allowed.
h. Graduates and parents are requested to enter the venue through Gate No. 04 of the Expo Center, Johar Town, Lahore, on the convocation day.
