Guest Lecture on Luxury Brand Management at Bahria University

In line with this vision, a guest lecture on “Introduction to Luxury Brand Management” was recently conducted by Mr. Charles Amaury Quellec, Southeast Asia Area Manager at Rennes School of Business, France.

Rennes School of Business is among France’s leading business institutions, globally recognized for its strong international focus and expertise in management, innovation, and brand leadership. Mr. Quellec, with his vast experience across global markets, delivered an engaging and thought-provoking session that explored the intricacies of the luxury industry and its evolving dynamics in an interconnected world.

During his lecture, Mr. Quellec highlighted the core principles that define luxury branding — exclusivity, heritage, storytelling, and emotional connection. He emphasized how luxury brands create value beyond their products by cultivating unique experiences and aspirational lifestyles for their customers. The discussion also touched upon how technology, sustainability, and shifting consumer values are reshaping the global luxury landscape.

The event was further enriched by the presence of Ms. Sabine Vermillard, Scientific and Higher Education Attaché at the French Embassy in Pakistan, who shed light on the growing academic and cultural cooperation between France and Pakistan. She spoke about the diverse range of opportunities available for Pakistani students seeking to pursue higher education in France, particularly in business, innovation, and management studies.

The interaction provided students with a rare opportunity to understand the global nature of brand management directly from an international expert, while also exploring future pathways for education and collaboration.
