Qualification:

16 Years education preferably MBA HR, Marketing

Experience:

08 Years of experience in professional development, learning development, client relationship management, training project and business development

Job Description:

  1. To develop and implement a comprehensive leadership and professional development strategy tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients.
  2. To implement the training mandate given by LPDC (BUHO) within the respective campus and provide support to campus administration in this regard.
  3. To design, deliver, and evaluate customized leadership & professional programs, workshops, and seminars for corporate clients, ensuring they align with BU goals and values.
  4. To facilitate the academic department and administration at the respective campuses for executing the trainings of Faculty Development, Employees Development, Students grooming and Students monitoring program as per policy and assigned by LPDC (BUHO), and the ones conceived at campus / department / faculty level.
  5. To establish and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, understand their specific needs and ensure the LPDC offerings meet their expectations.
  6. To facilitate and expedite the process of seeking internal (within campus) and external (BUHO) approval for the training activities, through proper channel.
  7. To represent LPDC, both within campus and outside, and visit / arrange meetings with external entities, whenever required.
  8. To conduct needs assessments and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure program content remains relevant and impactful for corporate clients.
  9. To manage the budget, resources, and logistics for programs and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality delivery.
  10. To monitor and report on program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  11. To update office records for compliance and provision of information to other directorates within BU or to external bodies such as HEC, ministry of education, etc.
  12. To provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the progress and impact of the LPDC initiatives, with a focus on client relationships.
  13. To keep record of all activities being organized by the LPDC and send month wise report to LPDC (BUHO), through proper channel.
  14. To manage LPDC (respective campus) website, social media, information portal at campus level, along with managing operations support staff at LPDC.
  15. Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue and achieve the designated revenue through the LPDC within the given span of time.
  16. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and sponsorships to enhance program offerings and financial stability.
  17. Create and Facilitate networking opportunities for employees, such as mentoring programs, peer learning groups and industry meet ups.
  18. To perform any task(s) assigned by Director LPDC / Campus Administration in the domain of LPDC’s scope of work.
