PEEF Special Quota Scholarship for the academic session 2025–26
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has announced the Special Quota Scholarship for the academic session 2025–26. This program aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students under special quota categories, enabling them to pursue higher education at public sector institutions.
Special Quota Categories & Required Documents:
- Applications are invited from students falling under the following categories
- Orphaned Students – whose fathers have passed away.
- Special (Disabled) Students.
- Children of Government Employees of Grades 1–4.
- Children of Civilians Martyred in Terrorist Attacks.
- Students Belonging to Minority Religions.
- Children of Divorced/Separated Women.
Required Documents include:
- Proof of enrollment/study in a University/College.
- Result Card of the previous exam (Intermediate).
- Certificate of estimated educational expenses.
- Relevant supporting documents (Father’s Death Certificate, Disability Certificate, Service Certificate of parent, Minority Certificate, Divorce/Separation certificate, as applicable).
- Mother’s NADRA CNIC (in relevant cases).
- Domicile of Punjab (Permanent residence).
Eligibility Requirements:
- Passing Year/Board: Intermediate (HSSC) passed in Annual 2025 Examination from any BISE Punjab or Federal Board (FBISE).
- Marks: At least 60% marks obtained.
- Enrollment: Must be studying in a regular degree program at a public sector university/college.
- Domicile: Candidate must be a resident of Punjab.
- Income Limit: Monthly income of parents/guardian must not exceed PKR 60,000/-.
- Exemption: Children of employees in BPS 1–4 are exempted from the income condition.
- MDCAT: Students applying for Medical Colleges must also upload their MDCAT result card.
Ineligibility:
- Students already receiving a PEEF Scholarship.
- Students who passed through Repeat/Improvement/Grace Marks.
Application Procedure:
Students who passed examinations under TEVTA/PBTE are also eligible.
