INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

Our Information Technology (IT) Services help us to maintain a secure infrastructure to actively support our missions in teaching, learning and research. It provides a broad range of services for the BUHS Campus, including:

•  HEC Smart University Wi-Fi Network access across the Bahria University Campuses.
•  All Lecture Halls / Classrooms are equipped with High performance Computers, Cameras and Multimedia.
•  A Smart Class Room Facility at Lecture Hall.
•  Video Link Conferencing System at Auditorium and VLC Room.
•  Data Centre equipped with high end Servers, Wireless Controller, Firewall and Routers.
•  High Speed LAN / WAN across the campus through HEC PERN Network Internet facility.
•  50xPCs in General-purpose Computer Lab and 50xPCs in Library for digital library access.
•  Microsoft Office 365 Email accounts for faculty, staff and students.
•  Microsoft Teams (Licensed) platform for Online Classes.
•  Student Portal with Learning Management System (LMS) and Campus Management System (CMS) for Students and Faculty.
•  Digital Notice Board.
•  Microsoft Windows based operation systems / network installation, configuration and security are managed.
•  Essential help desk, core desktop support services including configuration and installation of new desktop computers with troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
