PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF ON-GRID SOLAR SYSTEM – BAHRIA UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCIENCES CAMPUS ISLAMABAD (BUHSCI)

1.    Sealed bids are invited from firms registered with Tax department and PEC (C-3 and above) with relevant Solarization Code / Category for the PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF 600 KW SOLAR SYSTEM – BAHRIA UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCIENCES CAMPUS ISLAMABD (BUHSCI). Complete detail of work is held in Bidding Documents. Interested firms with relevant experience may purchase bidding documents containing detailed specifications of required works from the office of DD (Plans), Bahria University Islamabad (Quaid Block Basement Room No.09) against payment through pay order / cash of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in favour of “Bahria University Islamabad” till 24 March 2025. NTN of BU is 2132767-0.

2.    Single stage two envelope tendering procedure shall be followed. Sealed bids supported by Tax registration / professional certificate should reach Bahria University Head Office, E-8, Islamabad on / or before 25 March 2025 at 1100 hours. A sealed Bid Box is placed at Bahria University Head Office, Quaid Block Basement Room No. 09 in DD (Plans) Office. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders / their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in the Director P&D Office. Conditional / incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive. Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained. 2% of total bid value as bid security in shape of PO in favour of “Bahria University Islamabad” should be submitted. Financial bids of short-listed firms will be opened accordingly.

3.    A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Bahria University Islamabad on 19 March 2025 at 1100 Hours.

4.   The bidders are requested to give the best quality and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes & transportation charges etc. Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking rule 33 of PPRA-2004.
